  1. Chassis:

·        Strengthened Braced front lower control arm mounts.

·        All Bushes replaced.

·        Transmission Cross Member, Modified archways for 3”” exhaust tubes.

 

  1. Engine: B&M 174 Super Charged 308 (.040) 12psi
  • Block, Holden 308 relieved Oil galleries & v-tunnel return, tunnel bored, line honed & realigned cam follower sleeves.

  • Crank, cross-drilled & balanced.

  • Rods, shot peened.

  • Pistons, 4/100” Forgies.

·        Bearings, ACL Race series

·        Timing Chain, double row.

·        Cam, Crane (mild-wild) Blower grind

·        Heads, B type castings, 1.94/1.6 intake/exhaust Black Diamond valves, Ported, polished, relieved quench chamber area & ports. Ports brazed, Water galleries loctite treated after Millen Engine Developments over ported them, went thru to water then soldered the holes, only lasted 2 weeks.

·        Cam followers, Chevy hydraulics

·        Intake Manifold, Holden original matched ported & flow tested with heads.

·        Water pump, steel pressed impeller.

·        Oil pump, Mellings Pro with Modified internals, High Volume & High pressure.

·        Alternator, Bosch 120 Ampere 13,000RPM Rally type.

·        Starter Motor, VP series mini high torque cranker.

 

  1. Transmission

·        Turbo 400, Reverse race pattern manual shift.

·        Manual valve body

·        Transbrake (for precision launch)

·        Input shaft, Billet Steel from USA

·        Alloy large volume Oil pan w/race high pressure pump

·        Race clutch packs & bands

·        B&M Quicksilver BANG shifter, mounted inside original centre console.

·        B&M 3000RPM Hi stall torque converter, modified by Kayver with mechanical ratchet lockup & Anti-ballooning plate.

·        JW bell-housing/scatter-shield (Imported from CA. USA)

  1. Differential

·        Ford 9inch, 3.55/1 Limited Slip 28 splined axles

·        Holden OEM drum brakes.

 

  1. Ignition:

·        Ignition leads, Magnecor 8mm Race ultra noise suppression.

·        Distributor, Holden OEM with Crane Cams electronic pickup module.

·        Multiple Spark Discharge module Inc RPM limiter.

·        Coil, MSD Blaster matched coil.

·        Firewall feed thru, MSD.

 

 

  1. Fuel System

·        Holden Tank, ½ inch pickup tube, standard fuel float.

·        Rochester Carburetor, originally rebuilt/modified by Millen engine Development but after a vent tube fell off & destroyed the blower, gilmer belt, damaged pistons & valves after 4weeks I then replaced it with a Holley 750 Double Pumper hosting boost enrich power valves w/return line setup.

·        Fuel lines, ½ inch copper lines to engine compartment (Dual Feed).

·        Fuel pump, modified Holley blue (flows 1.5L/min more than Holley black pump).

·        Regulator, Holley blue with modified/relieved internals, dual outlets & fuel pressure gauge connection.

·        Fuel filtration, Mercury Fuel/water separator filter modified I/O ports.

 

  1. Dual Exhaust System

·        Headers, Genie brand 4-2-1’s largest available.

·        Pipe Mid section, Dual 2.5inch hand made mandrel bent with custom made 4inch balance tube.

·        Tail pipes, Genie Mandrel bent 2.5 inch.

·        Mufflers, Centre Offset Hi-Flow 2.5inch I/O's.

 

  1. Brakes

·        Front, DBA slotted disc rotors, calipers (new pistons, slider retainer bolts, seal kit & hone), new rear cylinders, Line lock brake solenoid fitted to front braking system pre-proportioning valve.

·        Chromed Master Cylinder Cover.

  1. Wheels & tyres

·        Cragar wheels 7x15 front, Weld Wheels 8x15 rear 3.5inch offset.

·        Tyres 215/60/15 front, 275/60/15 rear.

  1. Suspension & Steering (Adrian Moore)

·        Bushes, red nolothane on all arms front & rear, Heavy-duty springs front & rear.  Stiffer front 33mm stabilizer bar, stiffer 22mm stabilizer bar rear.

·        Power Steering box, recondition.

·        Power Steering pump, reconditioned.

·        Nolothane steering arm coupling.

  1. Body

·        Rear wheel Arches, pumped up & out to retaining original quarter curve.

·        Bonnet, 15inch Hole for Air cleaner & A7X Scoop. Chromed hinges

·        Bonnet Scoop, flush mounted B&M badge.

·        Sunroof, Electric.

·        Doors, power windows.

·        Grille, Full 2 piece Holden HX Deville from American Auto's.

·        Indicators, front brand new

·        Lights, Rear brake lights with rare Statesman HZ caprice Emblems

 

  1. Interior

·        Seats, Holden Original re-trimmed with Black velour & HSV decals & side padding

·        Carpet, Holden plush pile.

·        Dashboard, Replaced original Clock with Autometer RPM gauge & fitted Boost gauge, oil pressure gauge, water temp & fuel pump cut-off switch.

·        Steering wheel, Holden Brocky Woodgrain Momo Indy.

·        Fire Extingusher mounted to passenger tunnel floor.

 

  1. Electrical

·        Battery relocated to boot compartment.

·        Power windows, roof, glove box light, foot-well lights.

 

 

 Engineering certification approval from Lonning bros included.
